Frequently Asked questions
-
I work with founders and business owners who have been through a business betrayal: financial or IP theft, embezzlement, or breach of fiduciary duty by someone they trusted.
-
ART works best when you genuinely want the problem resolved, even if that means giving up whatever the problem is currently allowing you to avoid.
-
You don't need to be a strong visualizer for ART to work. The three things needed for a successful session are:
The ability to move your eyes comfortably left and right
The ability to hold a thought or image (even a vague one)
Motivation to resolve the issue.
Many clients worry about this, but you can “think your way through” the problematic scene or thought rather than needing vivid mental pictures. ART works with whatever way your mind naturally processes information.
-
I don’t offer free consultation calls, because my schedule is limited and the answers to nearly every question about working with me are already on this site.
If you want to meet me and get a professional read on your situation before committing, I offer a 60-minute introduction session for $500. We’ll go over what happened, how it’s affecting your business now, and whether the intensive fits, and if you book the intensive within 14 days, the $500 is credited toward the $5,000.
If you have a question the site doesn’t answer, please contact me and I’ll reply within 48 business hours.

All intensives are virtual, but in-person sessions are available in Mexico City for clients who prefer face-to-face work or who are located outside my licensed states.
Contact me to discuss logistics.
-
Yes. I currently offer intensives on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Sundays. Other days are possible with about two weeks’ notice.
Please contact me to arrange this. -
All one-day intensives are a flat-fee of $5,000.
This includes a 90-minute follow-up session at 30 days to address anything that surfaces after the intensive.
-
When you schedule a session, I require half of the intensive rate to hold your spot ($2,500).
This intensive requires the same level of commitment you would bring to any critical business initiative. The deposit secures your exclusive time slot and is non-refundable.
The remaining $2,500 is due within 24 hours prior to your intensive. Because your credit card number is stored securely in your medical chart when you book your intensive, it will be auto-charged the remainder due.
If I am unable to charge your card the remainder of the cost for any reason, your intensive will be automatically cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
-
Once you request a session either via email or using the self-scheduling widget above, I will send you over your new client forms. (These forms come from my electronic record system, not my email.)
You’ll be responsible for reviewing and digitally signing them at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid an auto-cancellation.
If you don’t receive these forms, please be sure to check your spam folder. If you still don’t see them, please email me at allyson@executiveintensives.com.
-
No, the intensive is private pay and I’m not in-network with any insurance company. I don’t provide Superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.
-
Yes. Most clients use HSA or FSA funds without any issues. If you need a letter of medical necessity for your plan, I’ll provide one.
-
For virtual intensives, you need to be physically located in Massachusetts, Washington, Oregon, or Florida at the time of our session. Some clients travel to one of these states for the weekend.
In-person intensives in Mexico City are also an option, regardless of where you’re located in the US.
If you live outside the United States, contact me and we can discuss your situation.
