Frequently Asked questions

  • I created Executive Intensives for the C-suite, key executives, directors, managers, startup founders, entrepreneurs, and other business leaders who are ready to resolve the way their past experiences are impacting their present-day leadership.

My clients are natural problem-solvers and have already tried to solve their problem in multiple ways (coaching, mentorship, talk therapy, etc.). While valuable, these methods aren’t designed to get to the neurological root of the issue — that’s where I come in with ART.

  • ART works best for people who are genuinely ready to resolve their issue. If there are secondary benefits to keeping the problem (like avoiding certain responsibilities or getting extra attention/care), or if someone isn’t fully committed to change, ART may not be effective.

ART is most successful when clients are motivated and ready to put the problem behind them.

  • Great question! You don't need to be a strong visualizer for ART to work. The three things needed for a successful session are: the ability to move your eyes comfortably left and right, the ability to hold a thought or image (even a vague one), and motivation to resolve the issue.

Many clients worry about this, but you can “think your way through” the problematic scene or thought rather than needing vivid mental pictures. ART works with whatever way your mind naturally processes information.

  • I’m so glad you’re interested in working together!

I don't offer consultation calls due to my scheduling demands.

Instead, I've included comprehensive information about working with me on my website so that you can get all your questions answered immediately.

I trust that you’re a person who can self-select in or out of a service independently. However, I recognize that there will always be unique circumstances. If you have a question that isn't answered on the Therapy Service pages, please feel free to reach out via the Contact Form below.

  • No, I live in Mexico, and therefore ALL of my work is 100% online. I use HIPAA-compliant video software to meet with clients, so we’ll be able to see each other during the session.

  • I am currently seeing ART clients on Fridays and Saturdays.

ART intensives are available outside of my typical schedule but will need about 2 weeks' notice to arrange. Please contact me to arrange this.

  • All one-day intensives are a flat-fee of $5,000.

You are, of course, welcome to schedule more than one. However, for one “problem,” a one-day intensive is typically sufficient.

  • When you schedule a session, I require half of the intensive rate to hold your spot ($2,500).

This intensive requires the same level of commitment you would bring to any critical business initiative. The deposit secures your exclusive time slot and is non-refundable.

The remaining $2,500 is due within 24 hours prior to your intensive. Because your credit card number is stored securely in your medical chart when you book your intensive, it will be auto-charged the remainder due.

If I am unable to charge your card the remainder of the cost for any reason, your intensive will be automatically cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

  • Please self-schedule using my booking link HERE.

  • Once you request a session either via email or using the self-scheduling widget above, I will send you over your new client forms. (These forms come from my electronic record system, not my email.)

You’ll be responsible for reviewing and digitally signing them at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid an auto-cancellation.

If you don’t receive these forms, please be sure to check your spam folder. If you still don’t see them, please email me at allyson@executiveintensives.com.

  • No, I am not in network with any insurance company. (You may sometimes see my name on outdated provider lists, but I left insurance networks in 2022.)

  • Yes, but please be aware of two things:

    1. Out-of-network insurance reimbursement varies significantly by plan

    2. Intensive sessions by nature do not fit standard insurance session length expectations (which are 53 minutes)

You are responsible for paying at the time of service, and my record system will email you a Superbill (this is by request only).

  • Absolutely!

If you need a letter of necessity, I am happy to provide one after our intensive session.

  • If you are in the United States, you MUST be physically present in either Massachusetts, Washington, Oregon, or Florida at the time of our intensive. (Some clients decide to travel from out-of-state to one of these states for the intensive weekend.)

If you live outside of the United States, it’s likely that I can work with you, but it depends on the regulations of your country. Please contact me and we can discuss your situation.

Self-Schedule Your ART Intensive Here…

If you’ve read through my website and you are ready to schedule, you may do so using my self-scheduling link below. No need to contact me first unless you choose to.

You’ll be taken to a calendar and payment form. Please choose your day and time and pay your $2,500 deposit that will be put towards the total intensive cost, with the remaining $2,500 being paid 24 hours before your intensive starts. (Read my full payment and scheduling policies here.)

Currently, intensives are scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays. You may request a different day by contacting me using the form below.

I’d love to work with you

As a business owner myself, I understand you need solutions that work on your timeline. My job is simple: find what's blocking your advancement, fix it, and get you moving again.

ART makes this possible by targeting the specific experiences that created your business barrier at the neurological level — resolving in as little as one day what executive coaching and traditional therapy take months or years to address.
